Pennsylvania voters are choosing candidates to fill openings on two state appellate courts, and voters in Harrisburg, Lancaster and York are picking candidates for mayor and city council.
Also on the ballot in Tuesday’s primary election are races for judge in the Dauphin and York county courts of common pleas and for district attorney in York County.
Polls opened at 7 a.m. and closed at 8 p.m.
